Hey neighbors! It's been a while. Here are a few updates to catch you up:
1. Quarterly POA Board Meeting - There will be a quarterly POA Board Meeting held on Monday, September 16th, 7pm, at the George Memorial Library. It will be a great opportunity to meet Board members and representatives of RealManage (our POA Management Company), hear what neighborhood improvements the Board and Management Company are working on, and have your neighborhood ideas and/or concerns heard by them as well. We want to see you there! The best way to keep our neighborhood great is for you to get involved!
2. National Night Out Event - The Board will be hosting a National Night Out Event on Saturday, October 5th, from 2p - 6p, in the Sunrise Meadow Park. National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie. In Texas, the event is typically held on the first Tuesday in October, but the Board thought it best to move the event to a Saturday so that more neighbors could enjoy. Come on out and meet your neighbors! There will be music, food, and lots of fun to enjoy!
3. Quarterly Newsletter - Finally! RealManage and the Board have come together to produce a nice quarterly newsletter. It's full of useful information all about Sunrise Meadow. There are two ways to get it. Sign up to receive emails from RealManage via the CiraNet site for RealManage (just click the RealManage Portal link at the top of the site), or sign up at the bottom of this page.
4. Fences - Repairs to the neighborhood's storm-damaged fences have been completed! They look great! However, the Board realizes that there is much, much more fence work that needs to be taken care of. Please practice patience as the Board works through the task of getting these expensive repairs and replacements done.
