The Sunrise Meadow POA needs lots of volunteers to fill spots in all of our new committee teams! Due to some changes in State Law, the POA has been tasked with creating some new committees to help regulate things in the neighborhood.
One of the major changes is to the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). The ACC determines what changes can be made to a homeowner's property based on our neighborhood governing documents in order to maintain a pleasant aesthetic throughout the community. Homeowners fill out ACC applications which are review by the ACC team and are approved or denied based on the rules set in our governing documents. SB 1588 has deemed it prohibited for a POA Board Member (or anyone in the board member's household) to serve on the ACC as well. Prior to the passing of SB 1588, the POA would also serve as the ACC. Now, we need you a team of a few others to take on the responsibility!

Events Committee - Will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating various community events.
Yard of the Month - Will be responsible for reviewing and selecting a winner for the Yard of the Month!
Neighborhood Watch Committee - Will help be the eyes and ears for law enforcement to help keep Sunrise Meadow a safe and pleasant place to live.
